PRICING + SERVICES | Scott Williams photographer will provide the following services to the client: FULL DAY WEDDING COVERAGE, EDITED DIGITAL FILES, ONE FINE ART BOOK WITH PRESENTATION BOX, 2 PARENT COPIES OF FINE ART BOOK, PRE-WEDDING PORTRAIT SESSION, ONLINE PROOFING GALLERY. The total package price is $5085.00 including taxes. At the signing of the contract, the client will make a payment of $2542.50 (50% of the total package cost including taxes). A second payment of $1271.25 (25% of the total package cost including taxes) is required 90 days before the wedding date. The final payment of $1271.25 (25% of the total package including taxes) is due upon delivery of the wedding images.

CANCELLATION | If the client cancels this contract, they will forfeit all money previously paid to Scott WilliamsPhotographer. If the clients cancel with less than 90 days notice before the wedding, payment of the balance in full is required. If Scott Williams Photographer is able to book a wedding on the client's original wedding date, all money paid, excluding the non refundable retainer will be refunded to the client. If Scott Williams Photographer cancels this contract at any time, ALL money previously paid by the client will be refunded

SPECIFIC IMAGES | The clients agree that Scott Williams Photographer cannot be held responsible for any specific image that may not be delivered. Client acknowledges that Scott Williams Photographer uses a photojournalistic approach to weddings. The clients also acknowledge that Scott Williams Photographer must abide by any rules for photography set by the venue/church/officiant. It is the clients responsibility to obtain any permits and pay any lees required for a location. Any failure to deliver any specific image shall not be a breach of the contract.

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER | The clients agree that Scott Williams Photographer cannot be held responsible for any specific image that may not be delivered. Client acknowledges that Scott Williams Photographer uses a photojournalistic approach to weddings. The clients also acknowledge that Scott Williams Photographer must abide by any rules for photography set by the venue/church/officiant. It is the clients responsibility to obtain any permits and pay any lees required for a location. Any failure to deliver any specific image shall not be a breach of the contract.

COPYRIGHT + CLIENTS USAGE | The client agrees that Scott Williams Photographer owns the copyright of all images from both the engagement session and wedding. The client agrees that any of these images may be used by Scott Williams Photographer for sample albums, print competitions, promotions, advertising, web site, blog, exhibitions or display in or around the photographers studio. The client retains the use of the images for personal use on only on non-commercial websites. Images may be used for the client for placing an announcement in the newspaper.

ILLNESS + INJURY | In the unlikely event that Scott Williams Photographer is unable to photograph the wedding due to illness, injury, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstance beyond control, then the photographer shall refer the client to another professional photographer to photograph the wedding. Scott Williams will work in good faith to find the best replacement photographer possible for the wedding.

SIGNATURES | Please type both your names to provide a digital signature for this contract. Contract will be in effect once received by Scott Williams along with the first payment.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT
